This Policy specifically incorporates the General Terms of Use Policy as well as our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with this Policy as well as all other Policies when accessing and using Our Service.

Only businesses with a presence in Australia and New Zealand can list with one business listing.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion at any time and for any or no reason at all, to refuse service to anyone.

If You break any terms, conditions and/or policies, We will suspend Your account, and no refunds will be applied. You must contact Us in order to remedy the breach. If the breach is not remedied, We will remove Your account.

You agree and warrant that all content must:

• be complete, accurate, and up to date;
• originate in Australia or New Zealand, and all content will relate to that location;
• not be false, misleading, inappropriate, profane, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, indecent or unlawful;
• not breach any laws;
• not impersonate or attempt to impersonate another individual or entity;
• not breach any of our Policies;
• not breach any intellectual property rights of others;
• be in accordance with our General Terms of Use;
• not be of a nature likely to bring our Website into disrepute; and

You must be a registered user in order to access this service. For Your listing, You must provide proof of Your business, location and Your business’s registered physical address if and when requested by us.

An authorised individual must be appointed to operate and access Your Business Directory Listing. This will be the only account linked to the business directory listing.

Your account must have a valid business domain and email address.

You can change and update Your business listing at any time via Your profile. You can request to remove Your profile at any time via Your account settings. Once actioned by us, this will remove all public information across the entire service.

There may only be one business listing. Duplicates are not allowed.

We may record all necessary information for each submission and opening of a business listing under the business directory in order to verify You and Your business and to ensure security. This will be in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

The business directory listing must not contain any misleading URLs and URLs to websites other than the one submitted to Us.

Your listing is Your sole responsibility and We disclaim all liability and warranty that the information You provide is accurate and up to date and correct.

You acknowledge and agree that by posting Content onto Our Website You consent to being contacted (on an ongoing basis) via any of the contact details contained in that content.

WHILST EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ACCURATELY DISPLAY THE PRODUCTS AND WEBSITES LISTED IN THIS WEB DIRECTORY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA THAT IS INACCURATE.
