ProMed Market is more than just a marketplace. By using our platform, dental professionals actively contribute to our philanthropic endeavours. A portion of all profits made on ProMed Market goes directly to our partnered charities, enabling us to support causes that align with our values and have a meaningful impact on society.

Whether you're a buyer, seller, or advertiser, we have created a step-by-step guide to help you navigate and understand how our platform works:


For Buyers

Create an Account

  • Sign up for an account on our platform. Provide the required information and verify your identity if necessary.

Browse and Search

  • Start by exploring the marketplace and browsing through various categories or use the search bar to find specific products or services.

Product search/selection

  • When you find an item you're interested in, click on it to view more details such as description, price, seller information, location of the product and any available images.

Contact the Seller

  • Send a message to the seller with our messaging system to ask for any further information and agree on a price.

Finalize

  • Once you are ready to proceed, arrange for payment and agree on delivery or pick up with the seller.

Feedback and Reviews

  • Once you have received your item, you can provide feedback and ratingsbased on your experience. Your input helps the community make informed decisions and encourages seller accountability.

For Sellers

1. Create an Account

  • Sign up for an account on our platform. Provide the required information and verify your identity if necessary.

2. Product Listing

  • Click on the 'Post Ad' button to create a listing.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about your product, including clear images, pricing, and any relevant variations or options.
  • Add promotional features (for a small fee) to make your ad more visible.

3. Communicate with potential buyers

  • When a buyer sends a message, you will receive a notification. Access your seller dashboard to view and respond to potential buyers and finalise the sale and arrange for payment.

TIP: Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and address any concerns or issues timeously. Maintaining good communication helps build trust and positive relationships with buyers.

4. Packaging and Shipping/Service Provision

  • Prepare the item for shipping/pick up and ensure you're ready to provide the service as described in your listing. Package items securely and deliver the service professionally.

5. Ratings/Reviews

  • It's important to encourage buyers to leave feedback and ratings to help you establish credibility on the platform.

For Advertisers

1. Create an Account

  • Sign up for an account on our platform. Provide the necessary information and verify your identity if required.

2. Select banner advertising in the dashboard and Create a New Banner Ad

3. Select a location for your Ad

  • Choose where on the website you would like your advert to be displayed.

4. Add the advertising details

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about your ad, including banner title, & description. Add a URL for redirection for when a user clicks the banner.
  • Upload the banner image with the specified format and size.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to upload 1 image for the desktop site and 1 image for the mobile site to give your audience the best viewing experience.

5. Select your billing model

  • Choose between 7, 14, 30, 90, 180 and 360 days.

6. Select your start date

  • Select a start date for your advertising campaign on the displayed calendar. Dates will depend on availability.

7. Preview and Pay for your banner Ad

  • Process your payment through our payment portal - STRIPE

8. Banner is Live

  • Once payment is made, the banner will go live on your selected start date.

9. You can check your banner stats under the in the dashboard, under - Current banner stats

BUSINESS DIRECTORY

For Consumers

Searching for a service provider is quick and simple.

  • SEARCH BY NAME AND/OR SERVICE NEEDED

    If you know the name of the service provider, you can simply enter it into the search panel and search. Alternatively, you can search for the service needed and a list of providers will be displayed.

  • SORT BY LOCATION/DIRECTORY

    You can then filter the results according to your required location and directory.

For Businesses

1. Sign Up or Log In

You will need to create a free account or log in to your existing account to get started.

  • When creating a new account, sign up for Business Directory Listing.
  • If you have an existing account, you will need to ensure your dashboard display is set to show Business Directory options. This can be done in “My Account” options. You will then be able to select Manage Business/es options from your side panel options.

2. Create Your Listing

From the “Manage Business/es” option in you Dashboard, you can select “Create New Business”

Fill out the registration form and enter all required information, including uploading your business Logos and Banners in the correct suggested size format and adding any social media links you have.

3. Select Your Listing Plan:

  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • 24 months

4. Pay and Submit

After completing your listing, pay and Submit. Your listing will now go live!

5. Get Discovered

Once approved, your listing will appear in the directory, where dental professionals and potential clients can easily find you.

6. Manage and Update Your Listing

Log in to your account anytime to edit or update your listing. Keep your information current to attract more customers.

7. Support a Greater Cause

By listing your business with PromedMarket, you contribute to our charitable mission. A portion of proceeds goes to *Kiva* and *Mercy Ships*, helping communities worldwide.
