The purpose of Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to inform you of how we manage, collect, use, process and disclose your Personal Data, which is in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and the general law to protect your privacy.

We will not be held responsible for Job Seeker profiles that are inaccurate or make false claims. Where required by law, We will share fraudulent profiles with the relevant government and legal organisations.

Your rights with regard to Your personal information are as follows:

  • The right to opt out of any marketing communications We may send You;
  • The right to ask what Personal Information We hold about You and request a copy of this information;
  • The right to ask Us to update or correct any Personal Information that it out of date;
