How do I list my products to sell?

Simply register on our platform and once you've signed in, click the post ad button and follow the on-screen prompts.

How can I promote my products?

Promoting your product for sale is simple and easy. During your ad placement, you will have the option to select featured options to help your ad get more visibility to increase the prospect of a sale.

  • FEATURED ADS appear in a section at the top of a category's page for several days. More people read and reply to these Ads because of their prominent position on top of category listings over a long time period.
  • URGENT labels are for ads where the seller would like to sell off their product as quickly as possible.
  • BOOST UP is a feature that moves your ad from its position in the listings to the top of the list in the relevant category. Your ad will stay at the top of the listings for the duration selected until other ads are posted and then your ad will start to move back down. Ads on the first page of a category get more visits and more replies than ads on other pages. Giving your ad a BOOST UP is a quick and inexpensive way to bring you more traffic.
  • HOT labels inform users that the item is selling at a cheaper price compared to the market.
  • DISCOUNTED ads mean the seller has decreased the original price. A discounted label is shown together with the original and adjusted prices to show the viewer the difference. This Promotion will only be available 7 days after your ad has been posted.
  • PRODUCT GALLERY HOME PAGE Purchasing this will result in your ad being visible on the homepage in the product gallery allowing it to be seen first.

How much do these features cost?

A small fee is charged for these features. Fees vary depending on the different promoting features and the period of time chosen. Fees are displayed when you choose to customize your ad. Please note that ProMed Market has the right to change fees at any time without prior notice.


All payments are securely processed through STRIPE which is a financial services company.

Can I add a featured option to my ad once my ad is live?

Yes! Simply login, go to your dashboard and click Manage Ads. Select Active Ads and identify the ad you would like to modify. Click More and select Modify ad to edit your ad and add the desired featured options. Pay the necessary fee if applicable and it will update your ad immediately.

Can I edit any of my listed Ads?

Yes. If your ad is still live, once signed in, click Manage ads and go to Active Ads. Identify the ad you want to edit and click Modify ad from the More options next to it

Can I cancel ad promotions or banner ads if I have paid for it?

Yes, you can terminate or delete ads/ banner ads at any time but please note that you will NOT be refunded any paid amounts.

What payment methods do you offer?

All payments are securely processed using our integrated payment gateway, STRIPE. Credit card/debit card payments will be available and most major card brands will be accepted.

Who takes care of delivery?

ProMed Market is NOT involved in the delivery of any goods. It is up to the buyer and seller to organize delivery arrangements.

How do I get paid?

As a seller, it is your responsibility to arrange payment from the buyer. ProMed Market is NOT involved in the transactional or fulfilment of any trade. We always advise safe practices and use common sense in dealing with any person. Consider payment platforms such as PayPal who may offer payment protection guarantees. NOTE, ProMed Market DOES NOT offer any payment protection guarantees. Check out our SAFETY TIPS for more information.

How do I enable 2 factor authentication (2FA)?

1. Visit the ProMed Market website and log in to your account and go to your dashboard.

2. Navigate to My Account and choose the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) option.

3. Follow the instructions to set up 2FA

5. Once enabled, you will be prompted to enter the verification code during the login process.

What happens if the buyer or seller does not fulfil their part of the deal?

Whilst every effort is made to make this a professional platform and we hope that such things don't happen, sometimes mishaps can go wrong. Unfortunately, ProMed Market is not involved in the transactional or fulfilment processes of a trade. In the unfortunate instance that this does occur, please notify the ProMed Market team via the Give Feedback / Contact Us form so that we can investigate and potentially block a user to prevent any repeat occurrences. Note that you also have the ability to rate a user on your experience as well.

I have an error/issue with my profile or Ad submission, what do I do?

Tips to keep your account safe and secure

1. Change passwords regularly. Changing your password every few weeks will make it harder for scammers to gain access to your account.

2. Create a strong password using a combination of lower and uppercase letters with numbers and special characters.

3. Avoid saving your login details on public computers.

4. Be on the lookout for Phishing scams which can come in many forms; the main goal of a phishing scam is to obtain private information.

Reporting Ads

ProMed Market is a community site. We rely on your feedback to keep the site friendly and safe.

On each ad there is a button to "Report ad" where you can bring an ad to our attention. You will be asked to choose one of the following reasons for reporting it:

1. Possible fraud

  • Use this option if you think the ad is illegal or you believe the advertiser to be a scammer posting and/or is inappropriate.

2. Duplicate / Spam

  • If the same ad has been posted more than once a day in the same category.

3. No longer available

  • Use this option if you think the poster of the ad has sold the item and not responding to your emails.

4. Wrong category

  • Use this option if you think the ad belongs somewhere else on the site or is the wrong category.

5. Inappropriate/Offensive

  • Use this option if you come across any ads that display inappropriate or offensive content.

After an ad is reported to us, we will review it as quickly as possible and then make a decision as to whether or not the ad should be removed. Your help and feedback are extremely valuable to us. It helps us keep the content on the site clean, up-to-date and relevant for everyone

6. Other

I Paid for a Feature but Can't Find My Ad on the Site

Try to clear your cache and cookies to see if this resolves the problem. Logging off and back on may also help. If these options do not solve your problem, keep in mind that some Ads may be delayed by up to 24 hours before they are posted on the site. This happens regardless of whether a feature/promotion was purchased or not. This is done to help stop SPAM and bad Ads from being posted. If you can't find your Ad there's a good chance it was delayed. If your Ad happens to be delayed, your purchased feature will only start after the Ad appears on the site. In other words, if you buy a 7 day Ad, and the Ad gets delayed, the 7 days will only start when the Ad appears on the site. If you still have trouble viewing your paid ad after 48 hours, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

What is Account Takeover Fraud?

Account takeover fraud is when an unauthorised individual obtains account credentials to gain access to an online account. Account takeover(ATO) allows the fraudster to use the account for fraudulent activities while using the details of the legitimate account holder. Fraudsters do this to remain undetected for longer, using the account holder's good history to their advantage. On ProMed Market, fraudsters would use a user's account to post fraudulent ads.

How Do I Protect My Account from Being Used Fraudulently?

BANNER ADVERTISING FAQs


How do I place a Banner advertisement?

Simply register on our platform and login. Go to your Dashboard and select banner marketing and create a new banner ad. Follow the on-screen prompts and upload the requested banners with the specified dimensions and file sizes.

You will have different options to choose from with regards to the locations your banner ad will be displayed. Select the time period you want your banner ad displayed for and proceed to payment. Time frames will show according to availability. Note that prices will differ according to the web page location and time period you choose.

Can I change or edit my Banner Ad once it's submitted?

No. Unfortunately not. Once submitted, your banner Ad is live on the website and cannot be changed or edited for the duration of the ad. You are welcome to post and upload another ad if a slot is available, however this will be at an additional cost. In the event ProMed Market has made the error, please contact us and we will assist as best we can.

My Banner Ad isn't showing

Try to clear your cache and cookies to see if this resolves the problem. Logging off and back be on may also help. If these options do not solve your problem, keep in mind that some Ads may be delayed by up to 24 hours before they are posted on the site. Terminating a Banner Ad

You can terminate a Banner Ad at any time. Once you choose to terminate your banner ad, it will be moved to your expired Banner ads. You will have to pay for a new banner ad and select a new time period if you want to re advertise that Banner Ad. Please note that there will be NO REFUND if a campaign (banner ad) is terminated prior to its expiry date.

What is the business directory on Promed Market?

Who can list their business in the directory?

Any business or professional offering products or services relevant to the dental industry can list in the directory. This includes dental suppliers, manufacturers, consultants, service providers, and repair technicians.

How much does it cost to list my business?

We offer various pricing plans depending on the length of time you want to list your business. Pricing is available to you after free sign up.

What are the benefits of listing my business?

What information should I include in my listing?

To maximize your reach, we recommend including:

- Business name and logo.

How do I create a listing?

There are 2 ways:

  1. New User
    1. Sign up for a free account.
    2. Select Business Directory listing.
    3. Enter your business details.
    4. Choose your listing duration and pay.
    5. Your listing goes live immediately.
  2. Existing User
    1. Log in to your Promed Market account.
    2. Go to your dashboard and select Account options under My account
    3. Select a dashboard layout that includes the business directory and click update.
    4. Navigate to the Manage business/es section in your dashboard
    5. Click on "Create New Business" and fill in the registration form.
    6. Choose your preferred pricing plan.
    7. Submit your listing.
    8. Your listing goes live immediately.

Can I edit my listing after it’s published?

Yes, you can edit your listing at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the “Manage Business/es” section in your dashboard.

Log in to your account to access these insights. We provide analytics for your business listings, including views, clicks, and CTR (click through rate).

Can I cancel/delete my listing at any time?

Yes, you can delete your listing at any time. However, please note that fees are non-refundable after the listing is live.

Are there any restrictions on the types of businesses that can list?

To maintain quality, we only accept listings from businesses directly relevant to the dental industry. All listings must comply with our terms of service and meet professional standards.
